Thanks to the Turkish brother who owns the cabin for the warm welcome and openness. The upper room has no air conditioning.

They control the visitors, so if someone wants to visit you, they force you to stay with them for only an hour.

The location is excellent, but some minor items need maintenance and repair.

The room matched the description; the view partially overlooks the tea fields and the road below. Breakfast was outstanding, and the room was clean. It’s a good spot if you want to explore areas outside Rize or Trabszon. A few small problems with the hot tub (not enough warm water) and minor inconveniences (e.g., you can’t turn off the lights in front of the bungalow) existed, but no major complaints – we enjoyed our stay.

The layout is the only thing good. The lighting is uncomfortable and dark in parts of the cabin, the wood smell is strong, insects outside the cabin ruin the outside seating, and unfortunately the staff is unhelpful, especially when handing over the key while carrying bags and the cabin is far from the car. There is no parking and the place is hard to navigate.
