Reception staff were available around the clock whenever I needed assistance, the breakfast was charming and lovely with eggs, a bread roll, jam, coffee and juice, and the courtyard offered a nice spot to relax; however, while the property offers great value for money, it shouldn’t be expected to be five‑star— the TVs are quite dated and the bathrooms feel a little damp, but nothing major.

The staff were super flexible and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice location close to the San Blas market; the price‑quality ratio was amazing, the breakfast was tasty and the warm shower was good :) We were even allowed to stay in our room longer by Luis because we had a flight that evening, which was very kind! We also could store our luggage while we did the Salkantay trek. We’ve come back three times and it feels like home :) The Wi‑Fi in the rooms isn’t great, but it works fine in the garden and breakfast area.

The people working at the hostel were very helpful and friendly. Quality price was top, because it was very cheap, but don't expect a luxury stay. The place wasn't squeaky clean and overall the building was not top quality
