The staff were friendly, but they seemed a bit unprepared at the restaurant and front desk, and there wasn't much info about the area. Breakfast was underwhelming and the room was pretty basic. Also, it's a bit far from the city center.

The pool and access to the Igarapé were great, but the accommodation felt under‑structured for the price.

The pool and Canoa restaurant were nice, but the double bed mattress was sagging and the room lacked drawers and window nets. When we first arrived, the AC was broken and there were no towels, but they moved us to a better room quickly. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The place was relaxing and well maintained, with friendly staff, welcoming owners, and excellent breakfast. The only hiccup was some noise from a nearby community event (fireworks), but that wasn't the hotel's fault.
