The place is nicely positioned near the castle and historic area, and the breakfast was really pleasant. The owners, though they don't speak English, were very helpful and attentive. The location is quiet and clean, and they can do laundry for a local fee. Parking by car is a bit tricky, but the owner sent directions that worked. There’s a free park just 5‑10 m away on the traditional sidewalk.

This guesthouse is fantastic, with hosts who are genuinely friendly and warm. The room and ensuite were super comfortable and quiet, and I enjoyed a few great days in Gjirokaster. Every morning the courtyard served a homemade breakfast that I loved. The view from the room window is superb, and the air‑conditioner kept me cool in the heat. The location is great—old town and Ismail Kadare’s museum are a few minutes’ walk, and the bus station is easy to reach. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed.

The owners were lovely and the room was clean with air‑conditioning. Breakfast was generous and the place was well kept, though the staff didn't speak English – we managed with hand gestures. Parking turned out to be a surprise; it wasn't free as shown, and I ended up with a small ticket. The owners were helpful and the fine was quick to sort out, but make sure you don't park on the street listed on Google Maps.
