The location was great, but it was extremely loud at night. Falling asleep before 3:00 am was usually impossible. The breakfast was tasty! The mattress was very hard, and I felt the price was a bit high for the basic, adequate facilities.

Location. Two rooms: one good, the other adequate. Both at the same price was not acceptable.

The location was excellent—quiet and central, with parking P4 nearby for 20 € per night. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, but that was acceptable.

We really valued Dennis’s help; he spent time explaining tram and train timetables, suggesting restaurants and shopping spots, and outlining activities for both weekdays and weekends. Next time we visit Heidelberg, we’ll book again in the Altstadt. I do wish we had tried the breakfast at the Altstadt Hotel.
