“Run down dinosaur of a hotel but free airport shuttle and really close to the airport”

The staff here are genuinely lovely and super helpful, which makes up for the hotel's age and general state of disrepair. It's not the most modern place, but it's got a free shuttle to the airport, which is a big plus. Just be aware that it's not somewhere you'd want to stay for more than one night.

“Good hotel and great location”

This hotel is decent, and the location is pretty good. It's not going to blow you away with its amenities or anything, but it's a solid choice if you're looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

“Pour un séjour de courte durée”

The location was great, but unfortunately, the noise from the staff cleaning the rooms early in the morning was a real issue. The view from the top floor was stunning, with the Mekong River right in front of us and a temple nearby that started playing music at 6 am. The electrical outlets didn't work, and the TV only had Chinese channels. The shower had a weird flow, and we had to go outside to get to the breakfast area.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which has retained its grandeur despite no longer being the pricey option it once was. The staff are top-notch, and the facilities are more than adequate. The breakfast is a highlight, with a great selection of made-to-order options. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.
