The location is great, the parking is ample but lacks shade for the vehicles, and there’s 24‑hour service. First off, the curtains were very translucent and from the parking lot you could see the shadows of people, which didn’t give me proper privacy; during rain water seeped into the room’s electrical outlets and fixtures, creating a latent danger. The bathroom is very small and the room wasn’t very clean – dust could be inhaled in the corners. One bed is movable and the other has a concrete base. The room I got had light from the courtyard illuminating the only window, making it hard to sleep.

It’s comfortable, well‑located, clean, and the staff’s service is excellent. The bathroom is a bit small, but it’s clean.

The staff were kind. The shower water had oil in it, and the more you washed your hair, the greasier it got.

The location is near Tren Maya. The booking cost was MXN 960.12, but the actual room cost MXN 500, so we were overcharged by nearly double for a very average room.
