Location. The bedroom: the bed was uncomfortable, the TV was positioned so you couldn’t lie or sit to see it, and the shower water spread across the bathroom floor.

I don’t know, the bed was quite comfortable. The hotel was shabby, the shower was drenched in black mold, the cheapest toilet paper imaginable, and the hotel room was extremely Spartan‑style, so you laughed a little when you arrived. It looked as if it had been furnished during the Soviet Union in Russia.

I stayed in a simple but pleasant annex near the city center in Lidköping. It was convenient and nice, and the breakfast was good. The hotel feels a bit old and worn, so it's not a Grand Hotel, but that wasn't the intention. Overall, we had a good, straightforward stay.
