We felt completely comfortable at the hotel, thanks to the incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful staff who treated everyone warmly; the food was excellent and left no desire unmet, and the separate storage room with a wardrobe for luggage and clothes provided ample space to keep the room tidy—a truly practical and thoughtful solution. The only minor issue was a city‑wide internet outage that initially prevented check‑in and room key issuance; fortunately other guests let us in, and Alex at reception promptly resolved the problem and got us our room keys. Thank you for the quick, hassle‑free assistance! A truly nice hotel with great service and outstanding food, and we’ll definitely return. By the way, the breakfast croissants are superb.
