We had a roof over our heads, but the beds were extremely hard, there was no hot shower, it was very noisy, and the bedding was dirty.

Nothing positive. The cold was a problem: no heating mode for the AC (outside temperature was 13°), the blankets were insufficient, there was no glass or bottle of water, no individual or even shared kettle, the staff were unempathetic, inattentive, and rarely present for guests.
