The historic building was very beautiful, in an excellent spot for Santa Stefano di Sessanio and Campo Imperatore, the restaurant was also very good, the staff was kind and helpful, the room insulation could be improved.

The property was thoughtfully furnished with attention to detail, very clean and had a beautiful garden, in the room there were two bottles of fresh water which we really appreciated, nothing else, though I wondered if there are alternatives for disabled guests (ground‑floor rooms?) when climbing the stairs to the rooms.

The location is strategic near the town, a quiet and peaceful spot. Nothing else; maybe a TV in the room would be appreciated.
