I booked and paid ahead, yet they claimed there were no free rooms left for me and my coworker, so they rerouted us to the nearest aparthotel, which was a real nightmare. It was the worst experience I've had in Batumi—stay away from this place!

The staff try to help, they're friendly and helpful. The mattresses in the rooms feel like stone, so I couldn't sleep on the beds. Breakfast was poor; items were always missing, the coffee was subpar, pastries were dry, and the bread was as hard as stone. The hotel’s location is less convenient; it’s better to stay in the Old Town.
