Everything was absolutely negative—dirty and poorly maintained, even the shower fell apart. I had the room changed and then switched hotels.
The service was very kind. The shower was old and damaged.
“Einfache aber optimale gelegene Unterkunft nahe San Gimignano”
A simple but practically located accommodation with a well‑working air conditioning system.
The location is convenient for getting around. The room was cramped and the furnishings were mediocre.
“Tutto sommato ci tornerei per soggiorni brevi”
Overall the property is quite nice, though it clearly needs a makeover, yet I’m sure it has potential. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Cleaning was excellent. The breakfast could use a big improvement; the savory section was really poor and the selection should be expanded with higher quality options. The bathroom was also a bit old (especially the shower, which absolutely needs replacement).
