The team was incredibly friendly and helpful, the pool and sauna area were fantastic and the property itself was impressive, the boys especially loved the treehouses, we had a great time with two families and six kids, we also visited Aqua River Park on the way there, enjoyed the train ride in Ibarra and were amazed by the Taller Artesanal Peguche Wasi weaving workshop; the only gripe was that I’m not a fan of spiders and found the gaps beside the windows a bit too large, but then again, you have to live with that in Ecuador 😝

Wow, wow! This place isn’t a hotel, it’s paradise! Everything was perfect. All was excellent.

The photos of the site were the only thing good. The rooms were very exposed to surrounding noise, there was no hot water at night, and the jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish bath were not available during the hours they advertised. They did turn them on the next day, but not the sauna.
