The rooms were well equipped and very clean, but the breakfast was chaotic; it was very busy and staff were too few to refill plates, the hot dishes stayed cold and weren’t kept warm in the warmers, milk wasn’t on the tables we were seated at and we had to wait a long time for it because it wasn’t available elsewhere, and the pastries were not kept hygienic as staff put them on display trays with their hands instead of using the provided tongs.
