Warm hospitality of Petia at the reception
My room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable
The food was also top-notch

“Prima hotel voor op doorreis maar ook om de omgeving te verkennen”
Great for a short trip, on the motorway but you barely notice it. Dogs are welcome, and the nearby restaurants are worth exploring—very busy during the day because of the many travelers, but calm in the evening, and the food was excellent. It’s also nice to see the surroundings. The parking offers space, even in the shade, though it isn’t locked; it might be monitored, but that wasn’t clear.
“Heel prettig hotel, vlak bij de snelweg. Aanrader!”
The staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was good in a beautiful Spanish‑style dining room. The hotel sits in the middle of nowhere, yet it has a gym, pool, snack bar, restaurant, and souvenir shop, which is very nice. The sliding wall of the shower cabin almost fell apart, but the bathroom fixtures were tidy.
“Excelente hotel para descansar”
I love this hotel for overnight stays when I travel in the area; parking is next to the rooms, the beds and facilities are very comfortable, and the staff are very friendly.
“A ideal first stop since Santander ferry port”
I’ve been here before, the spot is convenient, and the cafeteria offers decent prices. The cheaper rooms are fine for a single night, the beds are comfy, though the pillows feel a bit firm. Parking is great, and there’s a petrol station close by. The shower doors keep falling off and won’t close properly; the bathroom door also sticks to the floor and needs some TLC.
“Hotel de paso, para dormir y poco más”
Please clean the windows in room 333, they’re embarrassing. I requested a single‑bed room and couldn’t get it; I asked for a quiet room and was given one in a hallway with people constantly coming and going, plus it’s on the second floor with no elevator, making it hard to carry luggage. I went to the bar for a snack, and they took over 15 minutes to make it (I was alone), got it wrong and made something else, and the staff were arguing about who was supposed to work at the shop… I’ve been coming to this hotel for a while and it’s gotten worse. It’s a shame a 4‑star hotel doesn’t allow pets; maybe that should be reconsidered these days.
