The location was great for our stay. Rooms were clean, the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. The bedding didn’t match the size of the bed we had; the sheets didn’t fit properly. Housekeeping didn’t refresh our room that day, so we had to go to the front desk for fresh towels and an extra sheet.

Breakfast was good, the room comfortable. The night check‑in staff was scrambling after an outage; she was pleasant and did everything to get everyone settled. Everything was fine.

The lighting in the room was terrible (no overhead lights). The breakfast area ran out of milk and yogurt. The food was bland.

Blood splatter on the chair in the room. Floors sticky, bedding looked like someone had slept on it. Wash‑rags missing and a used towel was messily put with the clean one. The safety bar in the elevator fell off when descending. The place was dirty and kind of gross; I left a day early without a refund instead of staying another night.
