“razoável.”
The location was great, though the check‑in took a bit longer than expected but still met my needs; the waiting area and coffee were very handy. The room’s cleanliness left something to be desired, the toilet basin lid was broken, the paper holder wasn’t mounted on the wall, the shower box was dirty, and the bathroom window had clear glass—since I stayed on the first floor, that’s not advisable.

I found the hotel very good; the entrance smells wonderful. The room was cozy and beautiful, with air conditioning and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was also very good, and they even allow pets.

All staff are extremely dedicated to making your stay an excellent experience, very attentive and mindful of guests’ needs. Still, the Wi‑Fi signal could be a bit better, and it’s disappointing that not all rooms have Smart TVs.
Cleanliness and the breakfast were excellent, but the room faced the front of the hotel and the noise was intense.
