“Excellent Reception Customer Service and Convenient Location to Airport and Metro”
The location is great—just a 2‑minute walk to the metro station and close to the airport—but the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly; there were hairs on the floor and the foot‑operated bin in the bathroom looked dirtier than it should.
The location is okay, but there’s no parking available and all spots are occupied; at this room rate I could get a better deluxe room, the price is too high, and rooms near the kitchen lack privacy—noise is constant.
The view and location are excellent, but I had to wait for my own room while checking in because it wasn’t ready.
“Overall staff is super helpful and polite but parking is an issue”
The staff and security are extremely polite, and even though the parking isn’t great, the security staff helped us find a separate spot for our car. The parking is stack‑type, with very small spaces that can damage SUVs.
“Good and clean room, bit more decor is required, like paintings, or structures”
The location and room size are solid, but the food service was a bit late.
