The room had air conditioning and was close to a bus stop, but the kitchen was a bit under‑equipped; a kettle would have been useful.

A very beautiful authentic place. I spent a week there. Croissants and coffee are included. Norma, the host, is an experience, best wishes. Good bus link to Roma Aurelia. Some guests might find it an issue that a music school is housed in the building; it didn’t bother me. Looking forward to my next stay there.👍
The accommodation did not match the listing at all, everywhere was messy, neglected, and the room was unprepared.
The location is good, the space is decent, I only used the coffee for breakfast. Absolutely not presentable for any type of person, even on first impression.
