“Despite the construction-related issues, I would still likely book there when staying in Sudbury.”

I booked this place knowing construction was happening, but the breakfast was still missing, which I wish the site had warned me about. The room was close to my parking spot and stayed as clean as any other stay I've had here. The desk guy was as helpful as possible, though his setup in the hallway was a bit odd. The price was a touch higher than last time, but that seems normal with rising costs everywhere.

Nothing much to say. The place was under construction and the breakfast was cancelled.

The bed was nice, the shower worked well, and the TV was big. The building itself looked pretty run‑down, the kitchen was out of service so no breakfast was available, the restaurant was closed for construction, and the staff were hard to understand.

“Unfortunately the disappointment on our trip.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our wall‑mounted hair dryer was broken, and the management had to bring a hair dryer from another hotel. In the basement there was a washer and dryer. We had booked the hotel for its breakfast, but when we arrived construction was underway in the lobby and no breakfast was offered. There was no substitute, voucher, or partial refund for the room.

The air conditioner was noisy, the bed had a bad smell like something rotten, the bathroom was very small, and it felt old.
