The location is stunning, panoramic, and the grass is worth the ticket. The welcome was ultra‑friendly! The interiors could use a little polish to make them look a bit more stylish—after all, we’re in Maremma, you know how it is—but what was needed was there.

Set on a hill overlooking the Maremma and just 10 minutes from Castiglione della Pescaia centre, the property is beautiful but very basic. Aside from nature and the location there are no special facilities—no pool even though there’s space for one, which would detract from its charm and likely push prices up.

The peace of the spot was great. The location is tucked away from the town’s bustle, the in‑house services are good, the cleaning is thorough, the air‑conditioning works, parking is close to the house, and Marco is very helpful. The only downside was the last stretch of road before the parking lot and the timing of the automatic lawn watering in front of the little house.

The spot is beautiful for anyone looking for relaxation and quiet. Everything is very well maintained, and Marco the manager is an extremely kind and helpful person. Highly recommended— we’ll come back. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable.
