The place was nice but could use a bit more organization; the phone number on the website was incorrect, yet I found a helpful lady who assisted greatly; the neighbors are great, I’ll recommend this spot, it’s very clean and tidy, and the owner was fantastic.

The place was physically pleasant, they didn’t serve breakfast during my stay, check‑in was simple, the rooms were clean and tidy. The staff member who attended me was very friendly. However, they didn’t have backup generators, and on the first night a national power cut left us without electricity until almost midnight, so we had no air conditioning during that period, which made the high city temperatures uncomfortable.

The value for money and the location were great, and the owner of the hotel is very attentive, replying quickly to WhatsApp messages. I also liked that the room came with a hair dryer, iron, clothes steamer, and bottled water for guests.

The room was very clean. The person in charge was unhelpful, there was no front desk, and the chat support was terrible.
