The room was grubby and dirty, the bed lumpy, the carpet and curtains filthy, and the elevator was also dirty; the girl at reception was rude while the manager and the butler/porter were nice. Why does this hotel have 5 stars? The manager said it was a 4‑star property.

The room was clean, the sheets were nice and clean, the ambiance was lovely, and free water and other beverages (not alcohol) were provided; the location was good. The bed wasn’t super comfy.
