The hotel is very nice, the rooms are nice, the location is very good, you can take the train to the attractions or airport, I recommend it, and the breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is well located, close to the main sights (Baikerek – 15 minutes on foot), and the nearest metro station is 5 minutes on foot. The breakfasts were good, and the stay included 1 hour of spa, but I didn't have time to use it. The air conditioner in the room worked like a tractor, it was very loud, and sleeping with it was impossible, so I had to turn it off. On the last day before check‑out, the room was not cleaned for some reason.

The room was clean and comfortable, the sauna was very pleasant, and the staff were warm and even though they don't all speak English fluently, they were attentive.

The location is good. The breakfasts are not bad. The staff are friendly. The kitchen is halal, no alcohol. The spa is non‑existent. The air conditioner is noisy and not very effective.
