The location was unbeatable, right in the centre of the charming city of Bruges, a few minutes from any sight. Super convenient! There was also a luggage lift, which we found very helpful for bringing the suitcases up to the room. The hosts were very responsive to our many messages before and during our stay.

Great location, beds were decent, communication with owners was good. The bathroom clearly had water damage and smelled horrible (musty/damp/moldy)

The spot’s right in the heart of Bruges, and the chocolate‑themed décor is super cute. I used the luggage lift to get my bags upstairs, and the storage before check‑in was a real bonus. Everything stayed spotless, so I’d definitely recommend this place.

Great location and value for money. Greeted warmly. Chocolates were a nice touch and appreciated. The room is a little dark.

The host’s communication was spot‑on, with clear check‑in instructions. They let you drop off luggage before or after your stay, which was handy. Getting into the apartment required climbing steep stairs, but there’s a lift for heavy bags. The unit is compact, just as described, with a bed, tea and coffee facilities, and an ensuite. We were only a 5‑minute walk to Market Square, so it’s very central, and there are plenty of restaurants for night‑time dining. A bus runs to and from the train station, making the location even more convenient. The only downside was how hot it got in early October; the bathroom floor heating couldn’t be turned off because it’s centrally controlled. The host sent an upright fan and mentioned a fan on the central light that we didn’t know about, which helped a bit. The host was very responsive, but I’d have preferred a cooler room in the middle of summer.
