Nothing positive. The booked and paid De‑Luxe room was converted to a standard room without prior notice. The housekeeper promised us breakfast for two days out of goodwill, but cancelled it the next day after further complaints. The rooms are simply furnished; instead of a wardrobe there's only a coat rack, clothes must be kept in the suitcase. No table, no glasses, no toothbrush cups.

I felt very comfortable at Hotel am Hain. Special thanks to owner Elisabeth, who is exceptionally friendly, competent, and well organized. You immediately notice she runs her house with heart and real care for guests. Questions were answered quickly, reliably, and pleasantly in person. Especially when you don’t know everything on site, such a helpful and confident host is truly invaluable. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. I would choose Hotel am Hain anytime and gladly recommend it.

We had a fantastic girls’ weekend in Lübben for the harbor festival! The hotel—a beautiful, old villa with charming antique windows and doors—was crafted with great attention to detail. At reception we were greeted warmly by the staff and said goodbye just as kindly. Breakfast was excellent and matched the overall positive impression. The location is super central, so everything is reachable quickly. Everything aligned perfectly for us—absolutely recommended! We’ll come back gladly.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, with friendly staff and top‑class facilities. Every detail was lovingly arranged, and the location in the quiet grove, close to the canals and the city center, was especially pleasant. I would highly recommend this place!
