The 19 Steps Trevi hotel is located in a great spot, very central to all the sights and restaurants you’d want to visit; most places are no more than a 15‑20 minute walk away. The room has everything you need. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the blow dryer barely blew any warm air at all.

The location is good. The shower head didn’t work properly, which seems like an easy fix, but it sets a bad tone when you’re trying to freshen up after travel.
