The room was a letdown - it was tiny and lacked proper amenities. Not exactly what I was expecting.

Great location and super helpful staff, but that's about it. The room was ridiculously small, no space for a suitcase, and the shower was on the fritz. Plus, the road outside is a 24/7 nightmare, making it tough to get around - those roads are crazy hard to cross.

The staff were excellent and the location was spot on, close to Tunjungan Plaza and easy to navigate with landmarks like McDonald's and Richeese nearby. The bed was comfy too, but a few things brought it down - the towels needed replacing, and I was given a non-smoking room at the end of the corridor which basically meant smoke got in and we had a rough night's sleep.
