“Gracias Berta!”
The place was spacious, clean, new, welcoming, and well managed. It’s centrally located.
The property is in a super central spot and had all the comforts; at arrival we were greeted with two bottles of fresh water and two chocolate bars. The lady let us in at 11 after she finished cleaning, and she was incredibly kind. The room came with slippers, a toothbrush and toothpaste, a beauty kit (cotton swabs, nail file, waxing razor + cream), soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hand soap bar. There was also a iron and a hairdryer. The air conditioning worked perfectly. From the room we could see the mountains, which was wonderful – highly recommended!
The stay at this hotel left a truly great impression! ❤️ I especially appreciated the very pleasant, attentive, and caring service. They always checked if anything was missing, if everything was fine, and if we felt comfortable. I liked the convenient check‑in – if you arrive later, you can easily check in by yourself, so there’s no worry about a late arrival. The room had everything you might need during your stay – from earplugs to a hair straightener. You feel that even the smallest details were thought of. Everything else was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly return again. 🌿✨ The only downside is that there isn’t a normal, comfortable parking spot.
Very clean and pleasant, with complimentary items and very friendly staff.
