The hotel experience was a total letdown. The staff's behavior was absolutely appalling, especially when I called to confirm my 8 AM check-in time and they didn't respond. When I finally arrived at the station, I had to call them multiple times to get a response, only to be told that I'd be charged for the room. I ended up waiting for hours at the station, all because they weren't organized enough to have my room ready.
The location was close to the airport and the 'Transport Nagar' metro station, but the hotel looked nothing like the pictures, basically a lodge with dirt everywhere, and there was no attached bathroom, which was very uncomfortable.
The staff behaved terribly, not cooperative, the owner was also very bad, no electricity, overall service was awful—never booking again and advising everyone not to stay here.
