Wonderful location and loved the atmosphere. The lobby is beautiful, but my favorite part of my stay was the staff, including especially the valet attendants. Top notch customer service. Elevators are a little slow and would’ve liked update vending machines, but that’s so minor

The spot is close to all the places I wanted, but the room was dirty, missing a chair, and had no power outlets.

Everyone was very nice. Polite the room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Cafe was excellent. There was a nor'easter so we had to leave early. They were very accommodating. Nothing

The location was spot‑on, though the room’s carpet made a bit of a fuss.

Wonderful central location. The room was very humid and our bedding almost felt wet from it
