The hotel sits conveniently off the Ring Road for those avoiding Reykjavik, is spotless, new, and fully equipped. Parking is directly in front of the building, and mornings offer a free cappuccino from an Italian machine, which was a nice touch. Nothing to complain about.

Strategically placed outside Reykjavik, ideal for starting a Ring Road trip. The new building has a tidy, spacious room and a common lounge with breakfast supplies. A supermarket is just a short walk away for last‑minute shopping.

The location was good but the breakfast was lacking. They should offer Icelandic recommendations when ordering, and the cold in the front desk and the ice cream freezer were a bit of a let‑down 🤗
