The hotel’s location with its own access to the Baltic Sea is somewhat special, yet we had been there six times before, and unfortunately this will likely be the last. The price‑value ratio leaves a lot to be desired. The SPA area has for some time no longer met the standards of a five‑star hotel. Breakfast and dinner are okay, but the main restaurant is too small, so it also serves in the bar where the tables are too tight and narrow; tablecloths would have improved the evening dining experience. It feels like everyone is only focused on cost efficiency. The service is earnest, but the difficult staff situation is undeniable; on some evenings the waiters look overwhelmed and stressed, and communication is hampered by a language barrier. Small details often mar the overall impression of the hotel, and the prices are unacceptable.
