The sheets were stained and, despite the large sign at the entrance saying they would provide clean linens, the sheets were dirty and only toilet paper and a bath towel were given. The air‑conditioning in room 211 was running at full speed but did not cool at all. There was no wardrobe or even a chair in the room.

The charger was missing, the contact point was hard to reach and they couldn’t be reached or didn’t try to contact me.

The staff were very friendly and the location was great, but the linen was still very dirty with a lot of stains; when I stayed from 2‑7 January there was no cleaning, no housekeeping, and no cabinet to store clothes. It was better than my last stay there, though, and they charge RP.50.000 for early check‑in even after 12 noon.
