“Peaceful location with a lovely atmosphere, but the guest experience could be improved”
I had a pleasant stay overall. The setting was beautiful and peaceful, and I especially enjoyed the Jungle Suite’s unique vibe. Bathroom cleanliness fell short at times, and on a few occasions basic supplies like toilet paper were missing. Some facilities were either inaccessible or not fully maintained. I would have liked a more personal welcome and clearer guidance on breakfast times, Wi‑Fi, available amenities, and activities. More information about massages, dance sessions, or other experiences—especially if they could be included in a longer stay—would have been helpful. The staff were kind and helpful toward the end, which I appreciated. I understand there may have been staffing or maintenance issues, so this might have been temporary. Overall, the peaceful environment and atmosphere were enjoyable, but a bit more attention to cleanliness, communication, and the welcome/checkout process could make the stay significantly better.
