“Booking debería tener más controles”

After checking the listing, I decided not to stay. The place is a big house, and I had paid extra for a balcony room, only to be told by the receptionist—who gave me a very unfriendly look—that it was already taken. There’s no air conditioning, just a fan that barely made a difference, and you get a key to unlock a padlock and two doors to get in, which feels a bit awkward. On top of that, there’s no photo of the front or entrance, so from the outside it doesn’t look very appealing.

The house is gorgeous and comfy, and Myriam was super attentive and quick to help us out. With only a few rooms, the place feels quiet and the pool garden is a nice spot to relax and sunbathe. The bathroom and kitchen are both lovely and functional, and it’s right next to 5th Avenue, so we could easily return after exploring Cali.

I had a great stay thanks to the friendly, discreet staff and the well‑kept common areas—especially the fully equipped kitchen. The place is quiet and cool, with comfortable, well‑ventilated rooms. I’d definitely recommend it for a pleasant stay in a safe neighborhood of Cali.
