The shower had good pressure. The staff during booking were competent at best, but the checkout staff were better. There was not a single sheet of paper in the room except for four pieces of writing paper with a pen by the phone. Everywhere there were signs telling you to use the QR code for general information and the 24‑hour room‑service menu; I tried at least 20 times and it didn’t work. The checkout staff said she was aware of the ongoing issue because it wasn’t new. I asked why there was no flyer, menu, or any paper backup to inform guests. She “thought” there was. Unacceptable.
