My whole family loved staying here, it's great for kids and adults alike - we'd definitely come back.

I was really impressed with the quality of the food and the friendly staff, but the ski slopes weren't really ready for skiing yet. The hotel had some great things going for it, but that was a bit of a letdown. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I was hoping for more.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, the staff were super friendly and organized, it was clear they'd worked hard to make everything run smoothly. But to be honest, it all felt a bit too perfect - I mean, who expects hotel staff to be that cheerful all the time? Still, it's hard to complain when everything's going right.
