The beds were uncomfortable and rats were roaming in the kitchen.
The front desk staff behaved poorly and the verification process was not user friendly.

Food and staff. Furniture was not clean, cockroach issue, geyser issue, tap issue. TV recharge not done, Blanket for 2 persons not available
The room was clean, but the beds were uncomfortable and there were rats in the kitchen.
“Pathetic, will not recommend others. Go book proper hotel instead of these PG kind of rooms”
Nothing great to mention. It felt like a PG room where they charged 1k for the day, with no blankets, water bottle, toiletries or anything else provided. I booked a breakfast option, but the staff asked me to bring my own plate; after an argument they finally arranged a plate for my breakfast.
