Highway Hotel

The room was big enough, but the pillow was too thin; breakfast was good with plenty of choices, and even though the hotel sits right next to the highway and a truck stop, the nights were quiet enough to sleep with the windows open.

L'emplacement et le confort de la literie. Le fait que le parking soit payant même si nous sommes pas garé sur le parking. Arrivé à 22h30, plus de place sur le parking, je me suis garé sur le parking du mac donald qui se trouve derrière et la reception m'a quand même fait payer le parking

The room at the Highway Hotel was clean, and the bathroom was also clean, but it was too small for our family of four, including a one‑year‑old and a seven‑year‑old; the breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and welcoming to our children, yet the room was still too cramped for a family with young kids, and the room service could have been much better. Before we arrived, the hotel asked if we needed a baby cot and we said no, but when we saw how tight the room was we realized we did need one and wondered where to put it; the room service was disappointing because we went out and when we came back the room hadn’t been cleaned and the rubbish hadn’t been emptied; with a baby, we had used diapers that left an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and around 11 p.m. I had to take the rubbish out myself because nobody had emptied the bin.

The location was very convenient, but there was no fridge and the soap had run out.

The service was very good, though the price was reasonable, the only downside was that I didn’t like the breakfast.
