The room was clean and tidy, which was a plus. However, I had a bit of a frustrating experience with check-in, waiting around 5-10 minutes for them to find my booking info, and then another 30 minutes to sort out a room change. To add to the confusion, I was surprised to find out the hotel allows smoking, which seems odd given it's supposed to be a non-smoking hotel.

My birthday stay here was made extra special by the amazing staff - they even got me a cake! The daily room service was efficient and the bed was comfy. Huge thanks to everyone for making me feel so welcome. However, I had some issues with the shared laundry machines, which didn't seem to be cleaned properly, leaving my clothes feeling sticky after washing. To make matters worse, I ended up with a skin infection on the third day, which thankfully has cleared up now.
