“Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt (mit kleinen Mängeln)”

The staff were friendly and quick, the room view was worth seeing with a view of the Nordkette; the room was clean, internet worked well. Breakfast offered almost everything you could wish for, dinner was excellent and ample. Parking was right outside the building, and the train and bus connections were great. With the included Welcome Card plus (from 3 days stay) public transport was completely free and you could leave your car. There was no fridge or minibar in the room, the safe in the wardrobe was loose and its electronic lock didn’t work. The hair dryer in the bathroom made awful noise, pictures in the room had been removed and there were no hooks in the bathroom for towels, bathrobe, etc. In the stairwell a half‑destroyed mirror hung, taped with cardboard. In many small details, despite the staff’s big efforts, it felt clear the hotel is no longer family‑run but managed by a “company.”

The hotel is super central, with beautiful views from the rooms. Breakfast is good, everything is clean, and the staff are friendly.

This hotel in Innsbruck was absolutely excellent! The service was outstanding, all facilities were available, and the room was spacious. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, 100/100! Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room. I would appreciate it if the hotel could consider providing a mini-bar, including a small fridge and facilities for making coffee and tea. These additions would make the stay even more comfortable for guests. Thank you!

“Mooi en goed gelegen hotel, jammer dat het zo lang duurde om een correcte afrekening te krijgen.”

I stayed in a very comfortable and well‑maintained room, but the view was unfortunately of the parking lot. It was a solid base for exploring Innsbruck, and the breakfast was excellent. Checking out was a bit of a hassle – I received a bill that was over 200 euros higher than I had calculated, and it took at least 20 minutes before everything was sorted out. There were also invoices for our room from three days before our arrival, which left me feeling uneasy.

The hotel is only a few kilometers from the city centre and easily reachable by car. The restaurant waiters are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is very good and the spa is nice. The dinner food quality could be improved. In the morning you can choose what you want to eat, but in the evening you only get three dishes – more variety would be appreciated, especially for foreigners not used to certain dishes and flavours.
