Cleanliness, host attentiveness, breakfast, and a mountain view from the room. Because it was high season in winter, the lodge had no heating or fireplace, it was a house where the hosts live so I felt like staying in their home, a water‑pump or heater made a bit of noise in the middle of the night, the lodge was empty for days, I asked if I could check in 1 or 2 hours early but the site didn’t reply, I called on the check‑in day and they said it wouldn’t work because the room was still being prepared.
