I couldn't even put a positive spin on it—there's just this odd vibe everywhere. The staff never bother to say hello, stand stiffly, and don't even crack a smile. I can't even explain what the place feels like.

Overall, the stay was decent and the location was convenient with a clean, cozy environment, and the staff were helpful. The restaurant, however, fell short of expectations.
