The hotel is pathetic; it should be removed or customers will lose faith. The rooms were dirty, the lights blinked, the washroom was shabby, the bedsheets were dirty and torn, and the staff were unprofessional. Credit cards weren’t accepted 😳.

Service is good. This property not providing Tax invoice. They have to improve in rooms, amenities

Nothing. First, i called them if they can provide early check in and they agreed on call because they wanted to avoid cancellation and once i reached there guy from the reception said we just gave it to the other person. So either you wait till 12 pm or we can take you to our new property. I knew they are playing game but it should not be like that because it is cheating customer or bluffing. Other property is under construction all over dust rooms are dirty bed cover and pillow not look changed one. Overall, poor management, unhygienic and full of bluff. Not a single person was professional. My recommendation never book this place and i would do the same
