“The worst experience ever.”
The worst experience ever. We booked the house for a week but had to leave after five days because there were head lice in the house. The owner completely ignored us and even ignored customer service calls. He didn’t reply to our messages or answer the phone, refused to communicate or help resolve the issue, so we had to book another hotel and buy treatment for head lice, costing an extra €700 and causing a lot of stress. Getting rid of head lice is extremely difficult and time-consuming. The owner did absolutely nothing; his only response was a message saying the house was “perfect.” There were also other insects. My wife and daughter had several bites from an unknown insect. Ants were in the kitchen, living room, and on the terrace. The general condition of the house was disappointing. No soap or washing-up liquid was provided. The furniture and equipment were old, and there was an unpleasant smell inside. Additionally, only one bedroom had air conditioning, and it was unavailable for several hours during the day. In the August heat, the house became extremely hot and uncomfortable, making it very difficult to sleep. Barbecuing was not allowed. I absolutely do not recommend this place. After our experience, I would not stay here again even if it were free.
