I booked a king‑size room, but room 146 smelled strongly of mildew and the windows were so dirty you couldn’t see out. When I complained they gave me a different room that didn’t have a king‑size bed. The hallways were filthy, and the whole place was unclean; I will never stay there again.

The location and price point were good. The front desk staff was friendly. The hotel smelled like smoke. There were weird stains everywhere in and outside the room. Things were falling apart and holes everywhere. I didn't feel 100% safe staying here

I was glad the hotel was close to where I had family meetings, but the room and bedding carried a strong cigarette smoke smell.
