I was fairly satisfied, but there was a leak that occurred.

“Very convenient”

Good. Easy to access a food stall with a variety of delicious foods.

“Ok,”

There are few eateries that you can depend on, though many restaurants are closed permanently. Though the IOI mall is about 20 minutes walk, there is no proper walkway to reach the mall.

The Chinese waiter was extremely rude. The housekeeper checked me out without asking and even took my personal belongings down to the lobby! Terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!

“Room service must be done daily in the late morning. Cleanliness must not be compromised.”

The mattress, bed were good Water heater The brightness of the place (in & out of the room). The cleanliness. There was no room service. On our 2nd day, our room's floor was starting to feel sticky. No replenishing of drinking water. There was only 1 chair and a tiny table. The table was on the bring of breaking. Toilet was too big. Maybe a portion of it can be converted to accommodate a bigger table with 2 chairs. To make it a conducive work space
