The hotel is close to the highway, the rooms stay clean and the bed is comfortable, and the satellite TV works well. However, the building is very old—dating from the 70s—and the layout is strange, with the bathroom positioned right behind the bed.

Cleanliness is flawless, and the family run operation keeps pets and carpets out, which helps with allergies. The water pressure is strong, and the orthopedic mattress is firm—so if you prefer a softer feel it may not suit you. The fridge and microwave are handy, and the price is unbeatable for the quality. It isn’t brand‑new, but for what you pay it’s outstanding. I’ll return. The only downside is that it’s actually 40 minutes from Cornell, not 20.

The motel is a convenient ride‑side spot, spotless and easy to reach. It’s close to downtown Cortland and there’s a great breakfast bagel shop nearby.

Location and price. Where you check in was obviously a residence. I could smell food in the fridge that was not appealing
